Firewall Rules (SkySwitch)
In some cases phones will might have issues with static or no audio, and sometime calls are being dropped or incoming calls are failing.
In such cases it might be related to a firewall or other network issues, to resolve this please refer to this article.
best option would be to designate an IP for the device and remove all rules from that IP, other option is to try with allowing all our resources and see if that can get it to work.

The following ports are used by the UC Client:
The UC Client only requires ports TCP/443 and TCP/9002 outbound. These carry encrypted websocket traffic. Port 9002 socket carries all SIP traffic. Additionally, audio communications are over DTLS (TLS for UDP) on ports 30000 - 40000 UDP.
The following ports are used by ReachUC:
TCP - 443, 4998, 5060, 7080, 24998
UDP - 4998, 10000-65535(for RTP/RTCP packets)
