Enter your Click-to-Call URL template (if using URL mode), You can request from Teklink this URL.
Optional: enable the TEL: switch if you want to use your computer’s default dialer/softphone
Start typing to search the sheet, click a row to view details, click a phone value to call
When saving, make sure the filename ends with .xml
If it saved as manifest.xml.txt, rename it to manifest.xml
This is common on Excel 2021 not signed in
Use Option B (Shared Folder / Trusted Add-in Catalog) instead
Some installations/policies hide it
In that case, you’ll need your IT/admin to deploy the add-in (Microsoft 365 org deployment), or use a signed-in Excel option.
